Heather Pearson

Heather Pearson (MSc) is a well-respected sports therapist and strength coach. She is renowned for resolving complex injuries with her self-created systems of diagnosis and rehabilitation plus soft tissue skills, sports psychology work. Heather has learnt from experts around the world and has worked with a range of professional athletes including top level lifters, physique competitors, football players and ironman athletes as well as strength coaches and PT’s in the UK and Europe. Her athletes include Shaun Stafford 2 x WBFF World Champion, Chrissie Wellington 4 x Ironman World Champion, Dave Beattie 4 x World Champion Powerlifter.

Heather has taught biomechanics to personal trainers at private studios all over the UK and has worked pitch-side for football teams since 2004. She has produced the most successful ISFA league football team in the UK, winning 5 seasons in row. Heather is Europe’s only female Lead Instructor for ART (Active Release Provider) and she has a close working relationship with premier league’s Tottenham Hotspur FC.

As an educator, Heather has voluntarily presented at various sports colleges around the UK over the last decade. She has recently finished a book on back pain, to be published this summer. Heather holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Sports Science, 9 diplomas and is certified in 28 modalities of treatment and strength work. Heather continues to travel the world learning from the best. Her motto is ‘it’s all about the result, the proof is in the pudding!’.
